My favorite dress is a sheath. Easy to dress up with jewelry or down with simple earrings. I love dresses. Winters are long where I live so not always possible to wear a dress. I prefer longer dresses – they are really hard to find with a jewel neckline.
I’m disappointed that all these dresses are shown on taller thin models and not on real women of all shapes and sizes. Not what I expected from Sixtyandme.
Hi there, Donna, and thank you for commenting. I’m sorry you feel that way. These dresses and models come directly from online shops. Sixty and Me does not offer merchandize, and so we don’t have models to photograph for different outfits.
We ask you to keep an open mind and consider the styles, not the models.
Agreed. If using stock photos, it would have been helpful to explain what body types look best for each example. I was hoping for a bit more information in this area.
Hi Claire.
No, these are not stock photos. They come from various website stores, such as Talbot’s or Macy’s or Amazon. These sites pay the models to showcase the dresses, in this case.
Noted on the body types. The author, Sandra Roussy, will keep that in mind for next pieces. Thanks!
