I’ve always said that, in many ways, being in your 60s is like being 16. Free from many of the restrictions that society places on young adults, we are finally able to start expressing ourselves, following our passions and learning about things that intrigue us. Join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!
One of my personal goals for this year is to take my yoga practice to the next level. Why not join me and improve your flexibility and balance along the way? Check out our very own Sixty and Me yoga videos. They were designed just for women like us!
Do you consider yourself to be a lifelong learner? Why or why not? What skill, topic or passion are you studying right now? Let’s have a chat!
