Women face pressure and unfair expectations about their bodies at every age. But, for some reason, body positivity is often portrayed as an issue only impacting girls and younger women.
So, in this morning’s show, I would like to discuss why I believe that body positivity is important at every age – and why older women have the right to feel great when they look in the mirror every morning. Here are 5 things to START and 5 things to STOP doing to improve how you feel about your body.
