I am looking for some sort of journal/planner software designed for the dementia patient . I was told a week ago amd I can’t keep track of my note book or Phone. At least my PC stays put. Please any recomendations? I still live alone.

I am stage 4 if that helps. Thanks in advance

Although there are many apps that you can use, I will look for computer software and let you know if I find one that I think is suitable for dementia patients.
