This simple open sandwich offers so many variations that you can very well enjoy a different version of avocado toast every day of the week.
Here are some of the easiest and healthiest ways to prepare avocado toast that you can enjoy for breakfast, appetizer, or a quick snack.
In a bowl, add slices of one avocado and mash them well with two tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro, one tablespoon lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder.
Spread this mixture well on a bread toast and then top it with juliennes of carrot, bell peppers, and cucumber. Drizzle a little Worcestershire sauce on top and enjoy!
Mash a sliced avocado with two tablespoons of chopped mint leaves, juice of half lemon, a teaspoon of mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate and keep it aside.
Mix ribbons of a carrot with ¼ cup of red wine vinegar, a tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Let the carrot soak in this mixture for about 30 minutes.
Spread the avocado mixture on a whole wheat bread toast and then top it with ribbons of carrot and enjoy!

Grill a cup of cottage cheese cubes until golden brown in color. Season it with salt, and pepper and then keep it aside.
